DEVELOPMENT AT LAND BETWEEN THE B3143 AND A35 NORTH OF DORCHESTER, DORSET
(EASTING: 370633, NORTHING: 091552)
I GIVE NOTICE THAT Grainger Plc is applying to Dorset Council (as Local Planning Authority) for outline planning permission with all matters reserved except site access in relation to the following proposed development:
Outline planning application with all matters reserved except access, comprising: the erection of buildings including up to 500 residential dwellings, residential institutions; mixed-use neighbourhood centre including flexible employment, retail, leisure and community uses; associated infrastructure including new roads, drainage, footpaths and formal and informal open spaces, landscaping and public realm, cycle and vehicular parking and servicing, utilities and other associated works incidental to the Proposed Development (EIA Development).
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Planning Department, Dorset Council at County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ by 23rd June 2026.
*“owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years
** “tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
