SNETTERTON Units 12 & 13 Gals Estate, Harling Road – Variation of condition 3 on PP 3PL/2023/0471/F – This Planning Statement supports an application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary Condition 3 of planning permission 3PL/2023/0471/F, in respect of Units 12 and 13 only, to permit their use as a Post-Mortem Computed Tomography (PMCT) facility delivering coronial services to Norfolk County Council under contract NCCT42893. SWAFFHAM Community Centre, The Campingland – Proposed siting of non-permanent cabin to accommodate the Swaffham Community Fridge. PL/2026/0725/FMIN 2

LITCHAM Fourways, Mileham Road – Works required to repair sections of the boundary wall to the site. There are four locations which require works, as detailed in the drawings. Re-instated boundary walls proposed to be field flint and brick to match existing. New timber fence to enclose north-west edge of site, which is currently open onto public highways.
