Gateshead Council is applying for planning permission for New tapered and insulated walkway system for the flats Development at: 179 Kells Lane, Gateshead, NE9 5HS, Application Reference: DC/26/00340/HHA

Mr Simon Daly is applying for planning permission for Retrospective planning permission for decked area in rear yard.

The above applications may affect the character and appearance of the conservation area.

Fell Cottage Surgery is applying for Internal alteration to subdivide rooms to create additional consulting rooms The property is a listed building and the development may affect the character and appearance of the conservation area.
