26/42062/REM - Land West Of Stafford Martin Drive Castlefields - Approval of access, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping for residential parcels within Phase 5 only up to 285 dwellings pursuant to hybrid permission 20/32034/FUL.
The proposed developments are classed as major developments and accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area.

Linked with 25/40944/ADV - An appeal (Planning Inspectorate Ref: 6005588) has been made to the Secretary of State the development described. The appeal follows the refusal of planning permission by this Council.
