Inspection and commenting on planning applications

For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) any comments submitted on a planning application will be subject to acceptance of the Privacy Notice for representations (D) on the Council’s website http://www.cornwall.gov.uk/planningprivacy . The Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 requires that such correspondence must be made available for inspection either by Councillors or members of the public (which may include the Press).
