Proposed development at Plots 6 & 7, North Quay Road, Newhaven, BN9 0AB
I give notice that FM Conway Limited is applying to the County Council as Planning Authority for planning permission for the following development: Removal of condition 3 of planning permission LW/894/CM to enable the permanent retention of the Container Storage Area for storage and distribution uses.
Members of the public can view the application on Lewes District Council’s, website, East Sussex County Council’s website, or inspect the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by appointment at the offices of the Director, Communities, Economy and Transport Department, East Sussex County Council, County Hall, St Anne’s Crescent, Lewes until the 19 June 2026. Please note that there are public speaking arrangements when applications are determined at Planning Committee. Ring 01273 481846 for a guidance leaflet or visit the website.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about the proposal should do so via the web or in writing to the Director, Communities, Economy and Transport Department, East Sussex County Council, County Hall, St Anne’s Crescent, Lewes BN7 1UE by the 19 June 2026, quoting reference number LW/909/CM. Responses will be published on the East Sussex County Council’s website.
