Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.
CHE/26/00298/FUL - Change of use to form 5 commercial units (Use Class E) at Former Tiffanys, 2-8 Church Lane, S401SD, Reason: Conservation Areas.
CHE/26/00345/ADV - 2 no illuminated fascia signs at 15-17, Burlington Street, S401RS. Reason: conservation area
CHE/26/00300/FUL - Erection of a three storey care home (Use Class C2), with parking, landscaping & associated works at Land To The East Of, 221 Hady Hill, S410BL. Reason: Major Application

Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council should make them in writing within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice.
