NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Demolition of existing buildings (including loss of a dwelling) and the erection of two E(g)(iii) industrial units, as well as alterations to the internal layout, parking, landscaping, erection of covered cycle parking, refuse and recycling bins, acoustic fencing, and widened vehicular access from B260 Green Street Green Road at Sherwen Engineering Co Green Street Green Road Longfield (Application Ref. No. DA/25/01239/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order and we have received revised plans and documents, amended description and red line plan.

2) Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 3 detached dwellings with associated amenity space and parking At Land At Chapter Farm Red Street Southfleet (Application Ref. DA/25/01401/FUL)

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Red Street Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building and we have received amended plans. The changes relate to the design of plot 2, the layout on the site plan, and some changes to landscaping and boundary treatments. The red line area has also been extended for reasons relating to Biodiversity Net Gain.

3) Erection of a new garden wall and gates (part retrospective)

At Cherry Orchard Manor Road Longfield (Application Reference: DA/26/00205/FUL) which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan and there is a revised description.
