The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

26/0371/FH - 3 New Inn Cottages, High Street, Elham, Canterbury, CT4 6TD - Retrospective application for a replacement garden building.

26/0640/FH - Lympne Castle, The Street, Lympne, Hythe, CT21 4LQ - Change of use of land as event and staff car parking.

26/0722/FH - Flat 11, 3 Trinity Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2ES - Alterations and reduction in size of existing dormer on the side/north elevation

26/0770/FH - Basement, 86 Guildhall Street, Folkestone, CT20 1EQ - Single storey rear extension.

Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
