CEMEX Operations has applied to Surrey County Council for planning permission for Non-compliance with Condition 1 (Plans), Condition 2 (Restoration Plan and Restoration end date) and Condition 4 (surface water management scheme) of planning permission ref: SP/17/00118/SCC dated 18 May 2018 to amend the surface water management scheme and restoration plans.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application is situated.
