HS/LB/26/00059 Fishpond Farm House, Barley Lane, Hastings. Structural remedial works following subsidence including screw piles, crack repair and decoration
DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA
HS/FA/26/00096 Aldersgate Terrace, Shepherd Street, St Leonards-on-sea. Proposed conversion of existing single storey dwelling to form 2no. self contained flats. Proposed roof alteration with raised ridge height and the installation of 6no. conservation roof lights.
HS/FA/26/00140 Hastings Mosque, Mercatoria, St Leonards-on-sea. Proposed single storey rear extension to the mosque buildings with outdoor roof terrace and landscaping.
HS/FA/26/00264 6 and 7 Grosvenor Gardens, St Leonards-on-sea. Removal of front west side shared chimney stack between 6 and 7 Grosvenor Gardens and associated work including reinstating fire wall and slate finishes where chimney stack is removed

or using screens at the Community Contact Centre, Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings. Comments about applications can be made online or sent to the Planning Services Manager within 21 days from the date of this notice or 14 days for amended plans. An additional day will be added for each bank/public holiday in England that falls during the consultation period. Comments received are public documents and will be published on the internet. Requests for confidentiality cannot be accepted.
