Proposed development at: Land between High Street and Christchurch Road, Colliers Wood, SW19 2PP Application being made by: Britannia Heights Freehold Ltd Planning permission being sought from: Merton Council, Merton Civic Centre, London Rd, Morden, SM4 5DX.

Proposed development: Proposed redevelopment of site to provide new dwellings (Class C3), co-living units (Class Sui Generis), and an aparthotel (Class C1), with active ground floor uses including flexible Class E use, public realm, landscaping, cycle parking, and associated works

Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Merton Council, Merton Civic Centre, London Rd, Morden, SM4 5DX within 21 days from the date of this notice.

Statement of owners’ rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.

Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights: The grant of planning permission of non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure.

‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the expired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
