The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Golborne Town Centre.

The Goods Shed Railway Road Golborne Warrington
Section 73 Application to vary planning conditions 2, 3, 7, 9, 15, 16, 19, 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31, and the removal of Condition 18 of previously approved permission A/24/98015/MAJOR, to allow for alterations to the railway station platforms, associated landscaping and supporting infrastructure including staircases, lift shafts, operational space, car parking, pathways and public realm. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
