NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Erection of an Oak framed Barn to accommodate two parking spaces with ancillary home office on the first floor.

At Clement Street Farm South Clement Street Swanley

(Application Reference: DA/26/00549/FUL) which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.

2) Temporary use of part of the West Car Park for seasonal events and leisure activities, including amusement rides, attractions, food and drink stalls and associated facilities from October to January in 2026/2027, 2027/2028 and 2028/2029 (including set-up and take down).

At West Car Park At Bluewater Shopping Centre Dartford DA9 9ST

(Application Ref. No. DA/26/00509/FUL) which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

3) Notification to re-pollard 1 no. Sycamore tree (T1); Remove 1 no. dead Conifer tree (T2); Reduce height of Conifer tree by 4 metres (from
approx. 14-15 metres to approx. 10-11 metres), within Church Hill Conservation Area

At Homestead Church Hill Wilmington (Application Ref. DA/26/00566/TRCON).

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Church Hill Conservation Area
