What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
26/0502/FH - Units 1-17 Brocade Court, Howey Road, Mountfield Industrial Estate, New Romney, TN28 - Change of use from storage & distribution use class (B) to flexible commercial, business & service use class (E).
26/0659/FH - Stade Street Garage, 7 Stade Street, Hythe, CT21 6BD - Change of use from vehicle garage to a dental surgery.
26/0716/FH - Abbeywell Veterinary Clinic, 2 & 3 Majestic Parade, Sandgate Road, Folkestone, CT20 2BZ - Erection of a rear single-storey extension following demolition of existing rear wall.
26/0726/FH - Home Farm, Longage Hill, Rhodes Minnis, Canterbury, CT4 6XS - Erection of an agricultural building (retrospective).
26/0732/FH - Rhodesia House, 2 Clifton Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2EW - Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning permission 25/2058/FH (Listed Building Consent) to allow for the addition of 5 no. conservation roof lights & removal of balustrading to flat 5.
26/0747/FH - Rhodesia House, 2 Clifton Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2EW - Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning permission 25/2055/FH to allow for the addition of 5 no. conservation roof lights & removal of balustrading to flat 5.
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
