PLANNING ACTS: NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council's web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

26/10389 16 SALISBURY STREET, FORDINGBRIDGE SP6 1AF - Extension to accommodate a disabled toilet for existing cafe

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

26/10280 DOWNLANDS COTTAGE, MARTIN ROAD, MARTIN SP6 3LA -Alterations to single storey extension as approved under previous planning permission 22/11457; oil storage tank with enclosure and bin store (Amended description and plans)

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. This application is for Listed Building Consent.

26/10281 DOWNLANDS COTTAGE, MARTIN ROAD, MARTIN SP6 3LA - Alterations to single storey extension as approved under previous Listed Building Consent 22/11458; internal alterations (Amended description and plans)

Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Councils website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice. Alternatively, you can write to Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.

ALL comments received will be published on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board. Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
