THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 SCREENING DETERMINATION UNDER SECTION 8(1)
East Dunbartonshire Council intends to prepare the Parking Management Plan. In accordance with Section 8(1) of the
Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, East Dunbartonshire Council has determined, in agreement with the Consultation Authorities, that the Strategy is unlikely to have significant environmental effects and that a Strategic Environmental Assessment is not required.
By virtue of Section 10 of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, a copy of the determination notice is hereby publicised. A copy of the determination and any related statement of reasons are available on our website at Strategic Environmental Assessment - East Dunbartonshire Council.
