NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:

RAYNHAM PF/26/1044 Installation of up to 50 domestic grade solar panels (2m x 1m) along the north side of the boundary ditch of the Old Rectory; The Old Rectory, South Raynham Road, West Raynham, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 7HH for Thomas Hickman; Reasons: e)

WALSINGHAM PF/26/0926 Alterations to provide en-suite shower rooms to bedrooms, new stair to replace existing, window replacement and secondary glazing, replacement conservation rooflights, re-roofing including addition of roof insulation, addition of two new dormers to match existing, upgrade of mechanical/electrical/public health services, alterations to external paving and steps; Hospice of Our Lady, Common Place, Walsingham, Norfolk, NR22 6BP for Mr Karl Jackson; Reasons: c) e)

WELLS-NEXT-THE-SEA LA/26/0969 Works to front garden, roof repairs and installation of wood burner; 70 Freeman Street, Wells-next-the-sea, Norfolk, NR23 1BA for Mr Nigel Allinson; Reasons: c) e)

WOOD NORTON LA/26/0764 Erection of two detached and freestanding ancillary buildings within the curtilage. A detached garage to the south, and stable block to the east.; Wood Norton Hall, Hall Lane, Wood Norton, Dereham, Norfolk, NR20 5BE for Mr and Mrs J Boyce; Reasons: e)

The reasons for the advertisement are:

(d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area

(e) affects a Listed Building

(f) affects the setting of a Listed Building

(g) affects a Right of Way

(i) affects a public right of way

(j) affect setting of Ancient Monument

(k) In the Public Interest

The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN.

Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If the application is for household development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
