Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage, Major development.
2026/1355 CARLETON RODE, Greenways Farm, Flaxlands, NR16 1AD – Repairs and internal alterations to modern extension area
Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.
Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website.
