I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:
CROMER LA/26/0982 Internal refurbishment to corridor, utility and WC.; Western House, New Street, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 9HP for Mr. and Ms. Downie and Day; Reasons: c) e)
CROMER PF/26/0715 External alterations to rear conservatory and rear entrance lobby.; Red Lion Hotel, Tucker Street, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 9HD for Mrs Johanna Alger; Reasons: c)
MELTON CONSTABLE PF/26/0864 Single storey extension comprising an inner hallway accessing a new bathroom and new multi-use room for bedroom/study/gym.; The Workshop, Burgh Parva Barns, Holt Road, Melton Constable, Norfolk, NR24 2PU for Dr Abigail Pomeranc; Reasons: c)
NORTHREPPS LA/26/0983 Installation of an Anderson Quartz EV charger to the inner porch area, behind the post box.; Fox Barn, Winspur Barns, North Walsham Road, Northrepps, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 9LF for Mr Matt Henaughan; Reasons: e)
The reasons for the advertisement are:

The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN.
Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
