Take notice that application is being made by Persimmon Homes Essex, Burrows & Dunn Ltd and Homestead Land Development Ltd. For planning permission: Outline planning application with all matters reserved except access, for the demolition of existing buildings and development of up to 675 dwellings, primary school (including early years and childcare nursery), healthcare facility, residential care home, open space, creation of a new access from Canvey Way, infrastructure, drainage, and ancillary works.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
