render (cement onto galvanised mesh) around the

this render to allow the stonework to breathe. In the
alternative if the stonework beneath is not sound, it
is proposed to remove the cement render & replace
it with a lime render which will allow the stonework to
breathe. Replacement roof of single storey extension
to north elevation with rolled metal. Repair & repaint
all windows. Replace timber finish gates with wrought
iron gates
