Proposed Sale of Land off Ladymead Lane, adjacent to Broadoak Road Footpath, Langford

Notice is hereby given that North Somerset Council intends to dispose of the freehold of approximately 10 square metres of land adjacent to Broadoak Road Footpath, Langford BS40 5EG, to Wales and West Utilities Ltd, for the purposes of their installing and operating a pressure reduction station, together with associated apparatus.

A plan identifying the precise area and location of the subject land can be requested and any objections to the intended disposal can be addressed to Harvey Purnell, The Valuer, North Somerset Council, Town Hall, Weston-super-Mare BS23 1UJ, Tel 01275 884 448 or email: harveypurnell@n-somerset.gov.uk to be received by no later than Thursday 18 June 2026.
