Take Notice that application is being made by:
Mr & Mrs Sean Preston For planning permission to: Variation of Condition 1 on previously approved application DC/24/1734 (Demolition of existing dwelling, garage and physiotherapy pool room and erection of a replacement dwelling with physiotherapy pool building) to amend the design of the approved replacement dwelling and removal of Condition 7 (Water Neutrality Strategy).

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Horsham District Council, Albery House, Springfield Road, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 2GB

Any owner of the land or tenant who wished to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.
