Proposed Development at Nestle Company Limited, Marston Lane Hatton Derbyshire DE13 9LY

I give notice that Nestle is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission for an extension to the existing effluent treatment plant

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, or at the Planning Department Civic Offices, Civic Way Swadlincote, Derbyshire DE11 0AH, during all reasonable hours until the date given on this notice

Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 21/6/2026.

• by writing to the Strategic Director of Economy, Transport and Environment, at the County Council postal address given above,

• by email to: planningrepresentations@derbyshire.gov.uk,or

• by using the facility for representations about current planning applications available on the Council’s website www.derbyshire.gov.uk.
