PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

26F/1193 - 2 Eastfield Drive (17) Applicant Patrick Cosgrove. To use the premises as a 7 bedroomed House of Multiple Occupation (Use Class Sui Generis).

26H/1211 - 38 Knowsley Road (19) Applicant Edward Goldsmith. To install new railings to front boundary.

26F/0948 - 11 Newsham Drive (6) Applicant Louise Robinson. Replacement of the existing communal entrance door and door entry system. 

26F/1126 - The Nashville Cluck Unit 60a-60 Duke Street (1). Applicant Mr Ahmed Mohammed. To display 1 no. internally illuminated fascia sign and 1 no. internally illuminated projecting/hanging sign.

26O/1250 - Land off Speke Boulevard (24) Applicant Indurent Mangement Ltd. Hybrid planning application comprising (a) Full planning permission - for the demolition of buildings/structures across the application site, refurbishment of an existing research and development facility, external alterations to the building (including roof and facade refurbishment, replacement glazing/doors and formation of a new entrance area), reconfiguration of car parking and servicing areas, upgrading of the Evans Road access and internal spine road, landscaping, infrastructure and other associated works and (b) Outline planning permission (all matters reserved except for access) - for the erection of buildings for flexible use within Classes B2 (General Industry), B8 (Storage and Distribution) and E(g) (iii) (Light Industrial), together with ancillary (internal) office floorspace, parking, servicing areas, landscaping, external lighting, infrastructure and other associated works.

26F/1295 & 26L/1296 - Marldon Chambers, 30 North John Street (2) Applicant JMPA Liverpool. To carry out alterations to the existing street facing façade at ground level, including the replacement of existing windows, replacement and refurbishment of existing decorative cladding with new and decorative metal banding.

26A/1264 - 69-71 Hanover Street (1) Applicant Wildstone Estates Limited. To display 1 no. internally illuminated wall mounted curved digital advertisement.

26L/1476 - 1-8 Edward Pavilion, Salthouse Quay (3) Applicant Thomas Cooper, Castleforge. To carry out internal alterations to first floor, including fit out and insertion of new partition walls.

The applications can be viewed at https://liverpool.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/ Any comments you want to make must be received by 18th June 2026 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
