                                 NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 20(2)
      TYDD SOLAR FARM, LAND TO THE EAST OF GUANOCKGATE ROAD,
            GOREFIELD, CAMBRIDGESHIRE / LINCOLNSHIRE PE13 4PL 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pathfinder Clean Energy UKDev Ltd has made applications for planning permission to
the Secretary of State. The relevant planning authorities are Fenland District Council, Fenland Hall, County Road, March,
Cambridgeshire PE15 8NQ (planning reference: F/YR24/0457/F) and South Holland District Council, Council Offices, Priory
Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11 2XE (planning reference: H19-0329-24).
The application to Fenland District Council was validated on 30th May 2024. The application to South Holland District Council
was validated on 17th April 2024. Both applications have been refused by the respective local planning authorities and are
the subject of appeals to the Secretary of State under Section 78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The Fenland
appeal has been registered under Planning Inspectorate reference 6001284 and the South Holland appeal under reference
6001285. Both appeals are requested to be considered jointly.
The proposed development relates to land to the east of Guanockgate Road, Gorefield, Cambridgeshire / Lincolnshire PE13 4PL,
comprising the installation of a temporary ground mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) farm with battery storage, substation and
associated works.
A copy of the applications for planning permission, accompanying plans and documents, and a copy of the Environmental
Statement, may be inspected by members of the public at all reasonable hours in each Councils Office.
These documents will be available for inspection until 22/06/26.

Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol BS1 6PN, quoting appeal references 6001284 (Fenland)
and/or 6001285 (South Holland) as appropriate.
