NOTICE is given that Dumfries and Galloway Council as Licensing Authority under the stated Act has reviewed its Maximum Fare Structure for Taxis by agreeing to amend the current structure. This decision will take effect from 1 June 2026.
The reviewed Maximum Fare Structure may be viewed on the Council’s website https://www.dumfriesandgalloway.gov.uk/business-licences-permits/licences-permits/taxi-private-hirelicensing/maximum-taxi-fares
