Planning Inspectorate Reference: 6004623

Outline planning permission for the demolition and clearance of existing buildings and structures on site, and development for up to 200no. dwellings (Use Class C3) together with access, public open space, parking, landscaping, and associated infrastructure with all matters reserved for subsequent approval. The Inquiry will open at 10am on Tuesday 16 June 2026. It is scheduled for up to five sitting days. It will be held in the New Council Chambers, North Somerset Council, Town Hall, Weston-super-Mare BS23 1UJ. Members of the public may attend the inquiry and, at the discretion of the Inspector, express their views. If you, or anyone you know has a disability and is concerned about facilities at the inquiry venue, you should contact the Council to confirm that suitable provisions are in place.
