Proposal: Application for outline planning permission to develop
the site as a mixed use development comprising: Up to 3,400
residential dwellings falling within a range types and tenures
of Use Classes C2, C3 and C4; Care home and facilities falling
within Use Class C2, Up to 28,000 sqm of employment space
falling within Use Classes E(c)(iii), E(g), B2 and B8; Educational
facilities falling within Use Class F1(a) including a primary school
and a secondary school; A local centre up to 8,000 sqm and
riverside centre including those falling within a range of Use
Classes E, F1(a) to (f) inclusive, F2(b), F2(c), residential dwellings
on upper floors, hot food takeaway, Public Houses wine bars
or other drinking establishments (with or without an expanded
food provision); Associated open space, playing fields and
changing rooms, children’s play areas, allotments, woodlands,
wildlife habitat areas and sustainable drainage systems; Roads,
footpaths, cycleways, car parking, cycle parking and mobility
hubs including EV charging stations; Utility services including

Location: Land south of Grantham
I give notice that Mr William Lee, Buckminster Trust Estate has
submitted further information and amended information in
relation to an Environmental Statement which has already been
provided to South Kesteven District Council with respect to the
above application on 9 April 2026. The application was originally
received on 1 September 2014.
Details of this further information and amended information along
with the application and Environmental Statement can be viewed

using reference S14/2169 or at South Kesteven District Council,
The Picture House, St Catherine’s Road, Grantham, NG31 6TT at
all reasonable hours by appointment only between 15 May 2026
and 19 June 2026.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the further
information from mail@fpcr.co.uk so long as stocks last, at a
charge of £50 (reference 3295 Spitalgate Heath).
Anyone who wishes to make a comment on this application should
send them in writing to Representations@southkesteven.gov.uk or
South Kesteven District Council, The Picture House, St Catherine’s
Road, Grantham, NG31 6TT so that they are received by 19 June 2026
to ensure they are taken into account, quoting reference S14/2169.
