Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 as amended by The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.
Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) – Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Residential development with landscaping, access, and associated works at Plots 1-5, Queens Quay, Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire, G81 1UF
An in-person event will take place on Thursday 4th June 2026 between 2pm and 7pm at Clydebank Library, Dumbarton Road, Clydebank, G81 1XH.
During this event, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.
Further information is available from Iceni Projects, 201 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LW. If you wish to make comments on the proposals, you may do so at the events, via telephone 0141 473 7338 or via email to queensquay@iceniprojects.com no later than 25th June 2026.
A second consultation event will be held in August 2026, details of this will be published in advance of the event.
This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to West Dunbartonshire Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to West Dunbartonshire Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
