Bromley Planning enforcement reference 22/00445/GENERA.

The Appeal Inquiry is scheduled to last for 1 day and will start at 10:00am. An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State, under paragraph 1 (1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, will attend to decide the appeals. Please note that the Planning Inspectorate aim to issue the decision within seven weeks of the Inquiry. The Inspector’s decision will be published on the planning portal website.

Members of the public and interested parties may attend the Inquiry and at the Inspector’s discretion give their views on the development.
