F/YR26/0310/LB units on flat roof (part retrospective) and Works to a listed building including the installation of mounted PV solar panels and 2 x external air conditioning units on flat roof at The Sportsman, Main Road, Elm

*Should the council refuse this application then the applicant will have the right to appeal. If the
appeal is dealt with through the Planning Inspectorate’s Expedited Householder Appeals Service,
comments made on this application will automatically be forwarded to the Inspectorate for
consideration. In these circumstances there will be no opportunity to make additional comments.
