NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Portland Square, Portland Road, Nottingham, NG7 4HR

Take notice that application is being made by: Mr Calum Harman, Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing

For planning permission to: The proposed fire safety remedial works comprise the removal of a number of combustible materials from the façade including timber, render, aluminium spandrel panels and their replacement with non-combustible materials on a like-for-like basis. The works do not result in change to the use of the building, nor do they alter overall appearance/design. Any replacement materials will match existing appearance.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Nottingham City Council, Nottingham City Council Development Management, City Planning, Nottingham City Council, Station Street, NG2 3NG.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
