Listed Building and Conservation Area Proposals

IP/26/00357/VC Wet Dock Neptune Quay. Variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) of planning permission 24/00476/FUL: ‘The removal of 93 existing pontoons and associated piles; the installation of 15 new pontoons and associated piles. The erection of 2 no. welfare buildings. Installation of foul water treatment plant. Erection of enclosures’. Changes are proposed to the building materials of the Northern Welfare Facility and the layout of the associated compound.

IP/26/00380/CON St Nicholas Church, Cromwell Square. Discharge of Condition 2 (samples of replacement materials), 3 (sample panels of repointing), 4 (flag finial details) of application 25/00045/LBC: Strengthening works to the inner face of the parapet at the top of the church tower, and related works.
