Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed building consent in the weeks from 11 May 2026 as follows:

26/00500/FUL – Change of use of former barn to events venue (Sui Generis) – Longford Hall Farm Buildings, Long Lane, Longford (C) (L) (F)(S)

26/00522/LBALT – Proposed internal works including the repair of flooring, removal and replacement of ceilings, providing fire compartmentation through floors and walls, infill wall voids, trickle vents to existing windows, intumescent grilles and firestopping as required – Sudbury Hall, Main Road, Sudbury (L)

26/00548/LBALT – Internal alterations including installation of wall panelling and replacement doors – Shuckton Manor House, Mercaston Lane, Mercaston (L)

Applications with the suffix F may affect a Footpath

Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area

Applications with the suffix L may affect the character of a Listed Building

Applications with the suffix S may affect the setting of a Listed Building

The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
