PRESS NOTICE

Application reference #1482 dated 13/05/2026 has been received by the above Committee for approval of the following works to an exempt ecclesiastical building.
1. The Divine Motherhood & St Francis of Assisi (Church) - Midhurst. Grade II (Listing Number: 1403875)
2. Works Proposed:
The proposed works is to remove the felt membrane, clean the underlying asphalt and install a new high performance bitumen membrane. Scaffolding will be erect to allow all the soffits to be inspected and any blown areas of concrete repaired and painted. All repairs and painting would match existing.
3. Applicant:
