In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following application:

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act to vary condition 1 of planning permission 21/00337/REM to amend approved drawings to facilitate a replan of part of the site to introduce Barratt House Types at the site at Daresbury North Land Adjacent To Delph Lane Daresbury Cheshire.
The planning application is a "subsequent application" for the purposes of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017. Application 16/00495/OUTEIA was accompanied by an Environmental Statement (ES).
