NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: Raleigh Street Block E, Raleigh Street, Nottingham, NG7 4DN.
Take notice that application is being made by: Mr Calum Harman, Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing.
For planning permission to: The proposed fire safety remedial works comprise the removal of a number of combustible materials from the façade including the aluminium spandrel panels and their replacement with non-combustible materials on a like-for-like basis.
The works do not result in any change to the use of the building, nor do they alter its overall appearance or design. Any replacement materials will match the existing appearance.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Nottingham City Council, Nottingham City Council Development Management, City Planning, Nottingham City Council, Station Street, NG2 3NG.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
