I give notice that Mr Ward (Crown Chicken Ltd) is applying to the Breckland Council for planning permission for 3 no. replacement poultry sheds and ancillary development — Environmental Impact Assessment Development and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Members of the public may inspect copies of

• the application

• the plans

• the environmental statement and that further information

• and other documents submitted with the application at Breckland Council Offices, Elizabeth House, Dereham during all reasonable hours until 24th June 2026

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from SEE APPLICATION, so long as stocks last, at a charge of £25 (Paper).

Anyone who wishes to make representation about this application should write to the Council at Elizabeth House, Walpole Loke, Dereham, Norfolk, NR19 1EE or via the website at www.breckland.gov.uk by 24th June 2026.
