Subterranean extension to existing  garage to provide parking for 2-3 cars without  complying with condition 2 (approved plans) of  approved application 6/20/25/002 Rose Bank,  Luxborough, Watchet, TA23 0SR 

Affecting or Adjacent to a Conservation Area,  Affecting or Adjacent to a Public Right of Way, 
EXM/26/114/FULL - Proposed renovation of  existing stable building and inclusion of external  hardstanding area, for continued private domestic  stabling usage.Orchard House, Fairgarden Road,  Wootton Courtenay, Minehead, TA24 8RE

Any  person or organisation who wishes to make  representations about any of the applications  should do so within 21 days of this notice  either via e-mail direct to plan@exmoornationalpark.gov.uk or in writing to the Exmoor  National Park Planning Department. Please  ensure you quote the application reference  number. All representations will be open to  public inspection and published on the ENPA  website.
