NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P0440.26 Four Wantz Cottages, Hall Lane, Upminster.

First floor side/rear extension with balcony and roof lights including alterations to front roof.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan

P0476.26, 24 Parkway, Romford.

Existing 100 year old roof tiles to be removed and replaced with new Marley ACME single camber tiles in Ashurst finish.

The development is in a Conservation Area.

P0477.26, Bush Farm, Bramble Lane, Upminster.

Change of use of land to a secure recreational dog walking field, bookable by appointment only, with associated open-air fencing, gate, CCTV and shelter.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan

P0501.26, Corner Farm Cottage, Fen Lane, North Ockendon, Upminster.

Demolition of existing buildings/extensions and construction of two storey side extension, single storey rear extension, conversion of roof space to habitable use, new roof and material changes to elevation.

Variation of condition 4 (Approved windows) of planning permission Ref: P0031.26 dated 08/04/2026 to permit clear glazing to side window (Proposed single storey side extension would be infilling existing side projections).

P0546.26, Woodlands, North Road, Havering-Atte-Bower, Romford.

Demolition of two existing rear outbuildings, erection of a single-storey rear extension, upward extension to 1st floor level including new roof structure to facilitate a loft conversion with dormer windows to the side and rear roof slopes, and associated alterations to the front facade.

Replacement of existing warm path with new path

The development is in a Conservation Area

P0563.26, Romford Gasworks, Crow Lane, Romford.

The continued use of the site for open storage (Use Class B8) including vehicle storage for a period of one year.

This is a major development because it is being carried out on a site with an area of 0.5 hectare or more and it is not known if the number of dwellings houses to be provided is 10 or more.
