Erection of 2m high gates to north elevation, and alterations to include removal of existing windows and installation of replacement UPVC windows. Removal of exterior staircase and first floor door to the south elevation. Render to east elevation.
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice. In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
