THE PROPOSALS BELOW ARE ADVERTISED FOR
THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
(1) Affects a Conservation Area (2) Affects the Setting of
a Conservation Area
• Raynscourt Lodge, 16 Euston Road, Great Yarmouth;
Demolition of an existing 2-storey rear extension (retrospective) to an existing B&B, proposed 2-storey rear extension (partly retrospective), demolition of existing outbuildings and proposal of new outbuildings, and new boundary treatment. Application No 06/26/0351/F (1)
• Maison De Levain, The Street, Hemsby; Erection of 2-storey building for use as a 1-bedroom residential flat (use class C3) above a car port and study. Application No 06/26/0230/F (2)
