is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use from open space to dog exercise park.
26/00776/FUL – Hoddinott s applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 2 no. detached self-build dwellings with associated access, landscaping and site works.
25/02208/VAR - Land at Silksworth Lane/ Silksworth Road Sunderland. Persimmon Homes
is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) attached to planning permission 23/01952/VAR ((relating to an original proposal for the erection of 250 (C3) residential dwellings) to amend house types to their opposite 'handed' form as constructed across the site; to amend the site layout to reflect to as-built route and finished levels of the footpath/ steps along the western boundary; to update the landscaping plans as undertaken on site and to provide enhanced landscape screening to 1 and 3 Cavalier Way (retrospective).

26/01036/FU4 - Hylton Castle Craigavon Road Sunderland - Hylton Castle Trust is applying to Sunderland City Council: Extension of existing lift shaft up to castle roof level.
The above application relates to development intended to be carried out on land or buildings owned by Sunderland City Council and to a Grade I Listed Building property included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
