NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) ORDER 2012
Development at: CAR SALES Beaufort Road, Tredegar, Blaenau Gwent, NP22 4NZ Sirhowy Garage.
I give notice that - Lyndon Prosser is applying to Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council for planning permission for Installation of a hand car wash facility including canopy, screening and associated works within the existing garage forecourt.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application land is situated.
Anyone who wishes to submit comments about this application should write to the Council at the following email address planning@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk or to General Offices, Steelworks Road, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN within 21 days from the date at the bottom of this notice, quoting the application ref no. P/2026/0092.
Please note that whilst correspondence and information can be deposited at the reception desk at the General Offices, a meeting with an officer or representative from the Planning Department is strictly by appointment only.
Any comments you make will be taken into account when the application is decided. Should the application be reported to Planning Committee you may be able to speak at the meeting to make Councillors aware of your views.
