The following application is being advertised because it is a major development and it affects the line of a public right of way

P26/0302 – The Occupier for erection of 37 no. dwellings with new access off Ranscombe Drive, with associated works and landscaping at Garden Walk Stadium, Garden Walk, Lower Gornal, Dudley, West Midlands, DY3 2NR

Increase height of existing extraction flue at Beaufort Court, 10, Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 1DA

P26/0462 – The Occupier for Change of Use of building into 4 no. flats and associated works including external alteration and new fire escape staircase at 7 Church Street, Brierley Hill, DY5 3PT

P26/0514 – The Occupier for Listed building consent for change of use from storage rooms above shop to 2 residential apartments at 212-214 High Street, Dudley, DY1 1PB
