Replacement of most windows with slimlite double glazing. Replacement of two modern external doors to the rear. Alterations to form hardstanding to form a garden.

Horsington 26/01055/DPO Land Adjoining 17 Batchpool Lane Application to discharge the planning obligation relating to affordable housing (dated 9th April 2024) for planning application 21/03854/FUL as amended by 26/00712/NMA.

Wincanton 26/01067/DPO Land Adjoining Verrington Hospital Dancing Lane BA9 9DB Application to modify a S106 Agreement between William Ian Hopkins and South Somerset District Council and Somerset County Council dated 16th July 2015 to remove all monetary contributions associated with the development, except for the travel plan obligations, relating to planning application 14/00838/OUT.
