NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.
COU/00223/26 – Conversion of existing buildings to holiday accommodation at Pistyll Farm, Nercwys, Mold (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).
A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 12th June 2026 on our website at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire. Any person who wishes to make representation about the above application should make them via the website, by e-mail to planning.consultation@flintshire.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Officer (Place and Growth), Flintshire County Council, Ty Dewi Sant, St David’s Park, Ewloe, CH5 3FF quoting the relevant reference number by the above date.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND
In compliance with section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972, Flintshire County Council gives notice that it intends to dispose by private tender of approximately 0.92 acres of open space land at Maes y Dre, Mold, for market value, with any future alternative use to be subject to the grant of planning permission that any purchaser may require. A copy of a plan of the site may be inspected at Flintshire Connects, Mold Library, Earl Road, Mold, CH7 1AP, during normal opening hours, and is available for inspection on the Council’s website (Public Notices Section) at www.flintshire.gov.uk. Any objections, giving reasons, regarding the intended disposal, should be made, in writing, to the Valuation and Estates Team, Flintshire County Council, Ty Dewi Sant, St. Davids Park, Ewloe CH5 3FF or by e-mail to Gill.Fairhurst@flintshire.gov.uk or telephone 01352 703119 to be received no later than 8th June 2026.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14
THE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 3 IN THE COMMUNITY OF SEALAND)
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026
The above Order was made on the 12th May 2026.
The effect of the Order will be to divert that section of Public Footpath No. 3 in the Community of Sealand in the County of Flintshire from a point at NGR 331511 36959 initially in a north-easterly direction and turning in a north-northeasterly direction to a point at NGR 33194 36995 for a total distance of approximately 590 metres as indicated by a bold black line between points A and B on the Order Map and create an alternative footpath instead on a line running from a point at NGR 33151 36959 initially in a north-easterly direction and then curving in a north-northeasterly direction for a total distance of approximately 620 metres to connect with the rest of Public Footpath No. 3 at NGR 33194 36995, as indicated by a bold black dashed line between points A and B on the Order Map.
A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be seen free of charge during opening hours at Garden City Sealand Post Office, 35 Welsh Road, Garden City, Deeside, CH5 or by appointment at Ty Dewi Sant, St David’s Park, Ewloe, CH5 3FF, contact publicrightsofway@flintshire.gov.uk to make arrangements. Copies of the Order and map may be bought for a nominal fee, contact publicrightsofway@flintshire.gov.uk.
Any representation or objection relating to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Chief Officer (Place and Growth) at the address below (quoting reference RS/NJD/11/3/309) no later than 21st June 2026. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Flintshire County Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the Order is submitted to the Welsh Government for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
