f) Display of three non-illuminated fascia signs and one non-illuminated hanging sign (Retrospective) at Trent Galleries 9 Butcher Row Beverley HU17 0AA (Ref: 26/01082/PAD)

g) Variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) of planning permission 24/02518/STREM (Erection of 130 dwellings and garages with associated parking, access, drainage and landscaping following Hybrid application 18/03823/STPLF (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale to be considered)) to allow for the removal of all affordable housing and the submission of a Viability Assessment at Land East of Carlton Rise Beverley HU17 8UR (Ref: 26/01042/STVAR)

Proposals (c,d,e,f) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (c,d,e,f) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,b,g) affect a public right of way.

Proposal (g) is a major development.
